The CoastalOaks.org website is now officially closed down.
One year ago this month I was approached by several residents of this community, reportedly with the blessing of the HOA Board, to create a community website as a method of providing united, two-way communication between the residents of Coastal Oaks and the Coastal Oaks Homeowners Association, as well as the developer of this community, Toll Brothers. My appreciation goes out to the 35% of the residents who took the time and interest to register an account on CoastalOaks.org. I also want to sincerely thank those few residents who visited the site regularly, and especially those very few residents who actually contributed content or suggestions.
I feel that after a year with 65% of the residents still not having registered, that it is obvious that the majority of residents in this community do not feel that CoastalOaks.org serves a useful purpose. As such, it is simply not worth the time, effort, and personal cost in continuing to provide this service to the Coastal Oaks community.
